If you want status on shipment of orders, items in stock or joining our wine club please contact us at info@greatwines.biz. If you have an urgent question, please note that in your email and provide your phone number and we'll call you within 1 business day.

If the product you ordered is in stock we will ship the same day unless weather considerations require that we wait. We specialize in wine from small producers. If you order a large number of items, we may be out of stock so it may take us longer. In that event we will notify you.

We do not release any client information to anyone. We will not sell or share our mail list and we will only email our newsletter to those who sign up for it. A link to unsubscribe is included at the bottom of every email, so unsubscribing will take you off our contact list.
