  1. Our wine shipments must be delivered to someone 21 years of age or older. Our carrier will require a signature and an ID.
  2. Most orders ship within 24 hours, however we may experience delays based on availability. We process orders all working weekdays, orders placed Friday evening will not be processed until Monday morning.
  3. We have minimal input as to what shipping costs are, they depend on your selected method of shipping and are determined by our carriers.
  4. We cannot ship wine to an APO/FPO or PO Box.
  5. We reserve the right to delay shipping under extreme weather conditions.

Out of stock
From time to time you may encounter placing an order for a product that is currently out if stock. In that event, you will be contacted and offered substitution suggestions or the option to cancel your order. We continue to stock our warehouse with the most popular wines and we hope to have your selection on hand, however, things happen and we run out from time to time.

Returns & Refunds
We want to make sure you have a good experience buying wine online. This includes the occasional need to return something. If you return any wine within 30 days of your purchase, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds on wine sales will be processed after we have received the returned product in good condition. Please allow two billing cycles to see the refund on your credit card or bank statement.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
